A name, county, or location entered in an embedded search box goes directly to the outside company that operates that tool. We do not store or log those search terms on our own systems. The provider's policy controls its processing.
If you send an email or contact message, we retain the information needed to read and answer it. We do not share that message outside our organization unless the law requires disclosure.
Technical Data and Cookies
Normal web operations may record details about a visit:

- Device type and operating system
- Pages viewed and time spent
- Referring page, when supplied
- Date and time of each request

This site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. A parent or guardian who believes a minor submitted information may contact us to request deletion.

Subject to applicable law and verification, a person may ask for:

These choices concern data controlled by this site. A sheriff, court, ODOC, search partner, or ad provider must address the records and data it controls under its own rules. Oklahoma public records remain governed by the Oklahoma Open Records Act, 51 O.S. ยงยง24A.1 through 24A.30.

We may revise these practices as services or legal duties change. The updated version will appear on this page with a new effective date.
